MY STYLE
With hundreds of hours of certified yoga teacher training and an academic background in Indology and Buddhist Studies, I offer a wide range of styles – from Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Budokon Yoga, and Iyengar to Kundalini, Yin, and Restorative Yoga.
My teaching is deeply influenced by various movement disciplines and cultures, including the Brazilian martial arts Capoeira and Jiu Jitsu and melting yoga practices like Budokon Yoga or Liquid Flow.
Through years of dedicated and endless practice, I’ve developed my own embodied approach to yoga - a practices that helps to bridge the inner and outer experience through conscious breath and fluid movement.
In my Mixed Movement Yoga sessions, you’ll explore a fusion of yoga, mobility, and movement - depending on your individual needs and capabilities.
The practice can be physically and mentally engaging, while always respecting your personal boundaries and needs.
Sessions are always held in order to extend awareness and expand consciousness - they include serious breathwork and nervous system regulation.
It’s all about individual expression, mobility, agility, and strength on the one hand – and relaxation, recovery, and inner calm on the other. A dynamic dance and directed interplay between tension and release, where focused energy meets softness, and movement becomes a pathway to balance.
WHERE TO GET TOGETHER
If you are a citizen or tourist of beautiful Gastein you can join my regular Mixed Movement Yoga sessions at Hotel Blü (monday, thursday, saturday, sunday morning or friday and saturday evening) or thursday afternoons at Alpenhaus Gasteinertal.
Don't worry if this is not close to where you live. You can also get together with me and a beautiful bunch of likeminded people at various events and retreats in stunning locations all around the world.


Movement is Embodiment. It means we no longer say "I had this experience." We say "I AM this experience." Movement is the language of the body's soul.
The way you move is always the way you feel and the way you embody your Self.
This also means that movement can change the way you feel in your body.
Yoga and Capoeira are both ways to express ourselves - one goes more inward, the other more outward.
Both are important because as you know the inner world is reflected in the outer world.
That's why I combine the experiences and insights from both systems in my Mixed Movement Yoga sessions to a holistic yoga style.
My classes are a fusion of tradition and modernity, of philosophy and science, of the spaces within us and the spaces around us.
Yoga & Movement sessions with me are unleashing, liberating and sometimes challenging, while never overstraining your capacities.
Fluid, playful, powerful, feminine and soft - always in order for you to grow past your own limitations and expand your consciousness about yourself and others - the inner and the outer world. Knowing that they both are actually the same.
